11-digit mobile phone number is coming soon. Trai is seeking the public opinion. TRAI is seeking public opinion to increase the number of mobile phone numbers from 10 to 11. TRAI hopes to bring in an 11-digit number instead of the current 10-digit number, so that telecoms can be seen as an option to accommodate telecoms. The government has launched 13-digit number series for the machine-to-machine communication and the things of internet.
